The king room was very spacious and had a charming rustic feel with wooden furniture.

Good beds, nice staff, who tried to solve problems promptly.
Hotel is very bright and therefore much too loud in the room. The lighting in the bathroom is not sufficient. A bedside lamp was broken and was repaired by taking a bulb out of the ceiling lamp. The choice of bread and rolls is limited to one type. Unfortunately there is no ski cellar or other storage possibility for the skis.

The receptionist was lovely and very helpful
The walls were really thin and we were awoken till 2.30am with people next door having a party. There was no parking facility No room service no view although it states clearly on the website that we would have a room with a view they charged my card without authorisation my luggage was left in a room the next day and no supervision, anybody could have taken them no facility for children, ie milk, bottle, etc up in the mountain so to get to any supermarket was a long walk down and up a hill

Excellent and marvellous location, close to Sierra Nevada Ski Resort. Based close to Spain on the coast, common areas and Almunecar. A wide array of satisfactory breakfast options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, being close to both the centre and the ski lifts. It was perfect for accessing the slopes quickly and easily. The staff were also very attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms had a lovely view and were equipped with basic amenities. I particularly appreciated the rickety wooden furniture, which added a charming touch to the traditional ski lodge style. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and set me up nicely for a day on the slopes.
All aspects of my stay were enjoyable and I have no complaints.

I liked immaculately clean rooms with live plug sockets hanging out of the walls and the bedroom plus a great view, and AMIABLE staff. A hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and bath sheets were available there. The location was marvellous and excellent, close to Sierra Nevada Ski Resort. The hotel itself was in a good area, not far from the coast, Almunecar as well as the main square.

Lovely traditional ski lodge style, close to lifts and amenities. Helpful and friendly staff throughout. Fernando ensured car parking, served drinks, made dinner reservations. Reception organised antigen tests and Granada visit. Self-service breakfast for a day on slopes. Great value, exceeded expectations. Recommend!

Not much
The food was set out in the dining room and left to go cold, only to be reheated by guests in an old microwave oven - not satisfactory at all. Atmosphere in the hotel was cold and unwelcoming.

The value for money at Hotel Nevasur was excellent, with a spacious and warm room that had a great view. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the ski lifts, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could have improved the breakfast choices was adding some fresh fruit options.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and in good stead for a day on the slopes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were great and we enjoyed the warming lounge area with a fantastic view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel was unquestionable.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the main square and close to the ski lifts. the common areas were excellent and had beautiful views. the rooms were comfortable, with great bathrooms and no noise at night. the staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. Plus, the firepit and bar were cozy and enjoyable.
The swimming pool could use some improvements.
